What would you have liked a certain character to have caught? Which Pokemon would you have liked to evolve? What plot lines would you have added in? Discuss Away

~ What can I do for you? ~ Posts: 5,169 Group: Administrators Member #43 Joined: Nov 19, 2008 Platinum Friend Code 0130 8037 7267 HeartGold Friend Code 2665 4483 2033	As I mentioned in this post, I would rewrite the poorly written battle shown in "Second Time's The Charm" in order to redeem Abilityshipping. Actually, to make this change work, I would probably have to add another episode. Maybe after Anabel asks Ash to check "what was inside her heart," Maron, Anabel's personal referee, would come and inform her of a new challenger. Anabel deals with the challenger with little problem while Ash and co watch from the side-lines. Then, the 2nd episode ends... The third would start with this: Later that night, we find Ash alone near the lake. He's busy processing the battle that Anabel had with that random challenger. He's getting there, but he still needs some more time to think... ... Or maybe the company of Pikachu. (Remember, earlier, I said that Ash was alone.) ... Then, Ash realizes that Anabel and her Espeon were following Pikachu. Thus, the under-the-moonlight shipping scenes begin. Afterwards, Ash realizes that he will have to momentarily break Anabel's telepathic bond with her Pokemon, all while staying within the rules of the battle, which the writers originally forgot about. Maybe formulate a combo? Ash's combos have always surprised his opponents before. The next morning, Anabel looks for Ash, but Brock, Max, and May keep her busy while Ash and Pikachu prepare their "surprise." Later that day, the rematch (or basically, my small rewrite of the rematch) begins. In short, I'd an extra episode that would give Ash time to come up with his own strategy to beat Anabel while building Anabel as a character and enhancing Abilityshipping.

I'm loving this idea! I must admit I was a little annoyed with how he won some of the Battle Frontier wins, it's a little like how he won some Kanto Badges - not good! It was like a little hello to the old fans going 'remember when Ash won his battle for stupid reasons' but a little more sophisticated!

Master of the Dark Posts: 177 Group: Members Member #38 Joined: Nov 12, 2008	I would have Dawn leave, mainly because she's done most of her contests, so she can do the GF and then leave with her friends. Ash would then resume travelling with Brock to Sunnyshore where the Breeders Happiny would evolve. This leaves Ash to travel to and battle in the league on his own. He would win it all after some training with his Pokémon and then the E4 and Johto Frontier Brains would come along. This would all end with Ash drawing with Cynthia and then heading onto the next region. An epic way to end Sinnoh.
