Please don't think about that era for now and please focus on the topic at hand, which is explained in nauseating detail below.) Just admit it. You know you've always wanted to be the leader of your own evil organization! (Insert Evil Laugh Here) So, if you were the boss of an evil organization... What would be the main goal of your evil team? What policies would you enforce among your subordinates? Where will your base be? How would you deal with meddling kids and their pets? What would your "evil boss name" be? Is there anything else that you would like to say about your evil organization?

Be efficient. Have a plan to kill everyone you meet. Auction off rare and/or strong Pokémon. --> Create new Pokémon. Probably splice two or more Pokémon together. --> Do mafia stuff. --> All in all, gain profit and probably some power as well. What policies would you enforce among your subordinates? --> For New Recruits: Recruits will be tested in general knowledge (standard exam and, if applicable, a specialized exam for those applying as researchers), personality (job interview), and physical capabilities (physical check-up and, if applicable, physical skills exam). Must be able to handle and raise Pokémon effectively. Job experience from previous evil employer is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, though not required. Female recruits can only be interviewed by female job scouts to avoid unnecessary hazing from male members; however, male recruits may be interviewed by more than one female job scout at the same time. *****Special Requirements for Female Recruits: Being attractive is a huge plus, though not a requirement. Being a bifauxnen or being able to completely disguise yourself as a male is also a huge plus, though not a requirement. Being an attractive-looking sadist adds a small bonus, but this isn't recommended. Females who have underwent plastic surgery for non-medical reasons (ie. Breast Implants) will be rejected. --> For All Subbordinates: Must be competent in their assigned jobs. Once the administration deems you incompetent, we'll begin searching for your replacement.
