They have perfect IVs in at least two stats. They also come equipped with Dragon Scales so that you could evolve your Pokémon into a Kingdra when you've finished raising it. Simply state your in-game name, your Friend Code, the Time Zone you live in, and which Horsea you want. This is on a first-come first-serve basis based on whoever posts his/her details on this thread. I am more comfortable doing trades on weekends since I'm home during weekends and since my home has Wi-Fi now. On those days, try to find me on the chatbox. Oh, and if you feel like you want a different Horsea, then you can swap your Horsea with another Horsea that hasn't been reserved* yet. The "first-come first-serve" rule still applies. Personally, that's a very good choice. Unhindered Speed plus Increased Sp Attack. So, at what times are you normally available?
