I'm looking for a different path.

If you've played Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, then you've probably heard these two words used together: Secret Base. That's right. You know what I'm talking about. Secret Bases are places that you can call your own. Just get a Pokemon that knows the move Secret Power. After you've found the perfect location, just take out that Secret Power Pokemon and make him use Secret Power! Congratulations! You're now the proud owner of a new Secret Base! So, tell us, the awesome PLF community, all about your Secret Base. Where is it? Why is it there, of all places? What did you put in it? Why did you choose those decorations? Oh, and if you have your own pictures of your Secret Bases, like this pic right here, feel free to post them here! |

The right side of the big tree on the island on whatever route had the cycling road. I stuck it there because it's a good central spot that I'll remember. Decorations included the Blue Tent, Heavy Desk, Fissure Mat, Meowth Doll, Torchic Doll, Heavy Chair, and some others (it's been a long time, lol). Heavy Desk/Chair looks cool. Meowth Doll for obvious reasons. The rest of the decorations are random. |

I remember that I had a big Snorlax PokeDoll on a oval sized mat. I had some of those accelerator tiles (Or whatever the kids call them these days) for fun. My base was pretty large. | |

I do remember having a base on the route just to the east of Fortree city, and it had a tent + slide. Good times | |

Oh boy, it has been such a long time since I've even looked at my Ruby/Emerald cartridges. I believe my secret base was south of Fortree, just north of where the Weather Institute is, or it is by the spot where you can find Hondew berries. | |

My Secret Base is located north of Rustboro City. Just surf north until you reach the end of the water route. Look for a fat tree with a vine. I posted a pic of my Secret Base on the first post of this thread, so be sure to check it out. Anyway, the left side of the room is where my virtual self will appear if you Mix Records with me. He'll stand on that patch of grass that stops you from putting decorations. Two statues surround that area. One of them is the Glass Ornament that I got for being an active art donor at the Lilycove Museum. The other one is the Sand Ornament, which breaks if you touch it. My virtual self and my spin mat surround it, so you can't walk up to it and break it. (Insert Evil Laugh Here) Other decorations include the Surf Mat and a Blastoise Doll, which I won from the Battle Frontier. The right side of the room has a blue theme to it. Blue Tent Blue Brick Breakable Door which just so happened to be blue. Glitter Mat which just so happened to be snow blue. |
