This is where you can show off your skills in competitive battling and face off against others. Rules for Entry. - If you have 6 Pokemon, you can enter. Only teams of 6 are allowed, unless you've made some sort of agreement with your opponent to use a different number. The bottom line is: you must have the same number of Pokemon as your opponent. - On Wifi, your Pokemon are automatically upgraded to level 100. So no need to worry about leveling. - Any type of moves or items are allowed, including OHKO and whatnot. Just no Uber Pokemon. - You cheat, you're disqualified. Cheating is: Sneaking in a banned Pokemon. Lying about the winner of the battle. If you cheat, you're immediately disqualified and your opponent is named the winner. If you feel that your opponent is battling unfairly, report it to me and I'll sort it out. - You don't have to be a 1337 top-of-the-line competitive battler to enter :/ If you want to give it a shot, do it! - If you want to forfeit the challenge, let your opponent know. He/she will move on in your place. - The opponents will be chosen at random. EDIT Apparently Ive had my editing permissions revoked. lol Im just going to compile a list of ubers and what they are and Hikari can copy+paste it in An uber is... -A pokemon that has been hacked so all of its stats and/or EV's are maxed out. (The reason why this is bad is becuase the other player cant see the pokemons stats and EV's) -A pokemon with moves not of its own, Like a Mew. This pokemon has obviously been hacked. -If all pokemon on the opposite players team has Pokerus, and is a good Pokemon, they are considered uber. -Ledgendarys are generally considered ubers due to thier high stats and great moves Im hoping that Hikari will elt me help her compile a list of banned Pokemon. Good idea Poke Pokey, but we should be more specific. Not all legendaries are Ubers, like Latias and Zapdos/Moltres/Articuno. And PokeRus won't affect the battle outcome since you don't gain exp points. Plus, it's not really illegal to be raising a PokeRus'd (made up words ftw) Pokemon. It just means you're really serious about EV training. Standard Uber List: (Pokemon you're not allowed to use) Arceus Darkrai Deoxys (all forms) Dialga Garchomp Giratina Giratina- Origin Form Groudon Ho-oh Kyogre Latios Lugia Manaphy Mew Mewtwo Palkia Rayquaza Shaymin-S Wobbuffet

I would join in on the tournament, but my wifi has been down since July of '07.

Battles must take place before Halloween. (If you must make an exception, PM me.) We have an odd amount of people, so I'll remove myself from the first round.
