Posts: 3,511 Group: Global Moderators Member #116 Joined: Mar 3, 2009	Here it goes: Bidoof has a base stat of 41.67, there are around 30 Pokemon with a base stat lower than 41.67. Bidoof's evolved form, Bibarel, has a great type combo. It can pwn Rock-types with it's water attacks, this is rare with Normal-types. Easy to chain. Easy to catch.

I'm looking for a different path. Soon, other people started agreeing with him, and this internet meme spread. But yeah, that's just a speculation. 2) The only time I hate Bidoof is when I EV-Train for Speed at the 1st route in the game. There I was... Chaining for Starly with my PokeRadar because killing one gives 1 Speed effort point to your Pokemon, and then... Crack! Bidoof breaks my chain. He's so f-ing common. Other than that, I don't mind the thing.

Yeah he's annoying as far as encounter rate goes, but he is an awesome HM slave (Having the power to ue the attacks in battle.) And having Surf on him as Bibarel is a very nice STAB move.
